You’ve stumbled into the MASTERY section …

I have created this website primarily as a means to keep myself focused & motivated on elevating consciousness because our lives our ripe with distraction. While this website is often focused on the philosophical and esoteric, I also wanted a depository where I could share aspects of my life that others may find interesting.

This section represents years of self-reflection and contemplation.

I have an earnest hope that this work is of use to others and helps them in their spiritual & consciousness journey.

BE WARNED!

Ex Inanis outlines and discusses a personal paradigm that I have created for my own enlightenment. These are anecdotes of my own life. This material is for your reference -- not your worship. You should find your own connection to God / Creator / Universe.

What should you expect with this material?

Let us start with a crash course.

The highest truth of this work:

Free will is absolute.

Ex Inanis explores the proper understanding (and application) of this truth and its application in altering our lives. We explore how to create freedom & harmony within ourselves which becomes the ultimate conduit for expressing will.

Free will is not about brute force, or discipline. Free will is not about the denial of your reality, or overcoming through willpower. We work on deprogramming the inverted idea that “will has power” because will is always doneso needs no power! The idea of power creates the false idea that you need control or power over decisions you have already made.

Free will works in concert with concepts like: trust, acceptance, allowance, faith & surrender. This sounds contradictory because you don’t know how to trust yourself.

Absolute free will means your choices are always honored and free will — whether yours or someone else’s — is never violated. Let me repeat: will cannot be violated. This means you cannot go against your own will anymore than you can go against someone else’s will.

All outcomes align to their participants will, but the physical world is visceral and deceptive and makes this hard to accept. We have a deep-rooted instinct to blame the world, or others, or even the divine, when things go bad. Sometimes things go so bad that we can’t even comprehend that we chose it. But even when life is at it’s worst, it does us no good to disempower ourselves.

The work we do here is nothing less than self-mastery. We use this mastery to find our personal expression of life which leads us to love.

Ex Inanis asserts the world is a function of consciousness — God’s, ours, others — all of the above. It responds to and forms in adherence to conscious choices and exists at the behest of its creator’s. Miracles, magic, and other spooky things can & do happen.

The world often speaks to us, but we have to learn how to listen, which is both a skill and a state of being.

This not a polarized universe. Polarity is a lie. There are only decisions. There is a buffer to reality that obscures the choices you have made and we often disempower ourselves freely.

We will explore the nature of this buffer — which is rooted in a denial of our choices — and how to overcome it.

I have broken down the core principles of Ex Inanis into the Seven Truths.

I should take a moment to note: You should not become fixated on seven, five, or three, or any other number. These are convenient abstractions of higher truths that we utilize to keep our consciousness on the path we intend. We live in a world inundated by math, but math is a tool, not an altar. The foundation of the universe is will & consciousness, which are not governed by deterministic systems.

I call this work a love letter, because it is not meant to be a bible or a doctrine, but an expression & exploration of living truth.

The Divine Three (God)

This can best be understood as God, cosmos, “everything & nothing”, source, or the “purest concept” of consciousness. Use whatever term resonates with you.

Paradox (Potential)Memory (Time)Sovereignty (Love)
This is best understood as “potential.” It is a state of being that can be anything, waiting to be chosen. This is the record of “all choices” ever made. Imagine this as every choice being made in a single moment (the “eternal now”) and the whole wide universe “updates.” Nothing is ever destroyed or forgotten. This can be considered the synthesis of the Four Pillars. The better you master the Four Pillars, the more sovereignty you have. The more sovereignty you have, the greater “potential” you have and the more “love” or “flow” you will experience.

The Four Pillars (“I” / Qualia)

The four pillars are directly concerned with your experience or qualia. Each one flows with the other dynamically and together they represent “you.” Imagine this is a surfboard that you are riding across the cosmos for all time.

WillWaveContextAuthenticity
While the will cannot exist in isolation, will is the “observer behind the senses” which can also be understood as the “decision maker.”This is the record of “all your choices.” This is much bigger than your current life. This is the eternal continuum of your existence beyond life & death. This is your perception of Paradox (God.) Your limitations are what create the apparent world and who appears there. This is your connection to the divine. It is the fire inside that guides you to your next state of being. It is your inner-voice or “conscious.” The less connected you are, the more chaotic your life will seem.

NONSENSE / NOTHING / INANE

(Anti-Life, The Demiurge, The Devil, Separation, The Rent, The Buffer)

This site is called "Ex Inanis", which in Latin would be "from nothing", "from empty" or "from inane." This might be considered the deliverance from the Nothing or the Nonsense, or "creating from nothing" or an aphorism for "being."

In short, The Nonsense might be understood as "everywhere you have misplaced your will."

The more you disown your own choices, which include not just physical actions but thoughts, emotions, how you react and even the unfolding of the physical world -- the more Nonsense you create.

Start your descent into madness by reading the blog.

  • More on time

Let’s elaborate a little more on our last post.

I’m going to help you understand how time doesn’t exist.

So I’m going to just break the bad news to you right now. You are in a time loop. Actually, it isn’t bad news at all — it is divine design. The problem is that you have somehow locked your time loop into the Human/Earth game.

The linearity that you associate with your experience has more to do with One Worldism, or certain rules that would be common to maintaining continuity/stability — rather than as a byproduct of being “less than divine.” Any game requires sequence, so divine beings are not somehow “beyond” experiencing sequence, which would rather make them more limited, no?

Because the belief in One Worldism is pervasive, the human collective tracks its stories — its daily dreams — in sequence. Or rather sequence is being imposed giving rise even to the concept of a calendar or a clock. This also has the effect of “slapping you” or grabbing your chin and redirecting you into this One Worldism story even when you want to look away. In other words, your commitments to time keep coming back and dragging you down.

Because there is just “one world” instead of “many” this necessitates the need for sequence — even if these sequences are themselves just close-copies of one another from which we are fooling ourselves. If I take a photo of a park and you take a photo of the same park, are they the same park? Only our agreement would make them so — so we are agreeing to the verisimilitude (the rules we impart to the application of our will) to make it so and behave as if we are going to the same place. This allows for a kind of intersection & communication between realms, but can also represents a horrific binding. Fixation can make a “common place to meet” into a prison if it is the only place we believe in (One World)– an interstice between beings that can becoming a binding (and blinding.)

Hm, how to explain this. Once again, let us turn to dreams.

Let us say that you remember your dreams for a week straight — a week in human terms — in great detail. Looking back upon these dreams, if you did not have the continuity of the human experience to lean upon, would you be able to impose a sequence upon these dreams? In other words — if we take the dreams on their own outside of “you as a human dreaming them” — then could any kind of sequential 1,2,3,4 order be put upon them? Perhaps only if you had a recurring dream, or dreams that seemed related– but likely, the dreams could be shuffled around and it would make no difference to you. You would not be able to tell “when” you dreamt the dream without the “tether” of ongoing Human/Earth narrative.

Hopefully you can see, then, that sequence depends on an “ongoing narrative.” Only a world of ONE can produce this ongoing narrative because “many worlds” would allow any kind of sequence.

You cannot just arbitrarily remove these commitments to time, because then you would become untethered — jumping from dream to dream.

We can imagine many “one” worlds, but this is irrelevant — even many “one” worlds, who possess their own sequence, would open the possibility to radically break sequences making time clearly an illusion. You could even go “back in time” in your alternative sequence — in other words, revisit the story-already-told and tell it differently.

In technical terms, Earth cannot violate the absolutes of Zero. Earth can only fool you into buying into the idea of time because the verisimilitude is so powerful you can’t break free without causing a collapse of your own cohesion — suffering.

One Worldism is how it does this and why you are bombarded everywhere into maintaining the illusion of the One World. Or, if you prefer, you are very comfortable with this state of affairs and keep reinvesting into it. This is also what keeps you coming back here — dream after dream after dream. It fixates you into this One World so that you continue to create your own sequence and put your “stakes” back into the same places.

This is not intended as an evaluation, per se. Rather, I want to point out that time itself is not our adversary. Time should be our ally. Time provides us with a variable continuum that allows experience to work at all. Without the illusion of time — the mechanism for which we “fool” our wills — there would just be a sea of chaos. But this does not change the fundamental truth that time is an illusion, or just a tool.

The problem arises when this tool becomes an altar — when the tool becomes the master. When our relationship with the tool has been inverted.

There are forces with a stake in keeping you invested for their survival. These forces need your attention (will) invested, otherwise they would collapse. We might consider these forces anything from bad habits/patterns/thoughts, ignorance, emotional states we keep feeding, to nefarious humans, beings, aliens, or demons. All of these terms are valid. These are all influential agents. They all provide the same basis from which to derive future behavior for ourselves.

These forces resonate at a particular level of cohesion which necessities the need for them to borrow from “outside” to maintain their coherence. YOU are the pillars for which these forces maintain the stability of their existence, because will is the executor of all creation. Your choice is what enables these forces to exist, to continue to exist and continue to create problems.

Whether these forces are themselves conscious or not, it does not matter — the effect is the same. These forces act out the agendas — or impose agendas upon those influenced by them — hammer their nails — in accordance with this “survival need.” If you play along — and when you are fixated, you are playing along — then you are providing the resources to scaffold and construct that reality.

There is no straight-forward means by which we can extricate ourselves from this situation because shortcuts are always deeper holes that create more incoherence than coherence. All of us are bound up in stories which we cannot remove without becoming “lost in time.” We have weaved a tangled mess of dependencies that we cannot easily replace. And so our lives are often a practice of two steps forward, one step back — an iterative process of refinement and testing.

It is made frustrating because we can, even now, know the end product — see it so clearly as to be able to feel it — yet must still deal with a tangled mess that seems to have no purpose — indeed, that often feels like it was made by gremlins just to slow us down. There is a “force” constantly trying to re-tangle the knot while you are untangling it.

Let’s go back to how this is a time loop. Let’s use the movie Groundhog’s Day as an example — but let’s walk through it with a different perspective.

In the movie Groundhog’s Day, Phil Connors is trapped in the town Punxsutawney, where he relives the same day over & over. Phil is kind of miserable guy who hates his life and the stage that is set acts a means of transformation. Phil cannot escape from the time loop until he works on himself and becomes a better person.

What is interesting is what this movie can reveal when you give it just a little bit of contemplation. It is a great philosophical exercise.

At the start of the movie before Phil goes to sleep in Punxsutawney, he is in the “real world.” During his many lives in Punxsutawney, consider that he is not in a time loop, but stuck in his own mind. This ornamentation will help you understand some important concepts.

While Phil is stuck in Punxsutawney, he is in what I call an “entropy box.” It is a place “without potential”, or destined to end — to die. Phil is exploring “all the timelines” that do not work (allowing entropy to unfold, exploring all outcomes.) He is figuring out how to become coherent in a way that does not end in death (or imprisonment, or lack of fulfillment — all forms of death, etc.)

And in this place, there is no free will for anyone except Phil himself. How can there be free will when Phil — who he himself admits — is god — where he has the time to come to know “all outcomes?” And thus the people of Punxsutawney just become puppets, or dolls for which Phil to play with.

Phil “cannot proceed” though until he honors free will & potential (until he creates it himself! see?) And he cannot do this while he continues to “remove the unknown.” By dying and reliving the same day, by coming to know all the people and events, he spirals to his own demise over and over.

He suffers & dies because he knows everything, or because he becomes tired of playing with toys who always behave within his expectation. The world has no ability to dissent, or as as exactly “cold and grey” as he expects.

And this state of affair arises because of his character (personality) at the start of the movie. He is miserable, victimizes himself, sees others as tools, attempts again and again to assert an inverted method of control, and as the movie goes on, resists his looping time as outside of himself rather than accepting himself as the primary agent. He is utterly fixated into his external reality.

It is not until he begins to live “from within” — to surrender & accept his situation — that he opens the door to allowing The Other to have free will and potential — to allow the people to write their own stories. And in so doing, he creates a resonance where as he brings out the best of himself, he brings out the best in others.

We call this “coherence” or self-actualization. Thus Phil reintroduces potential and frees himself from the time loop.

Whilst he is stuck in the time loop, no one is real. They can’t be because they have no agency whilst Phil is living in a time loop. They are “as Phil expects.” Phil must remove his judgment and expectation before these people can stop just being “xeroxes” of Phil’s expectations.

Also this is an important note — the time loop does not end when Rita spends the night with Phil on the last day. Rather, the time loop has already ended on the last (full) day when Phil wakes up. Why? Because otherwise Phil would still be playing with puppets. On that morning, he has “self-actualized” — found himself — and is finally living free — he is not trying to manipulate, cheat, or circumvent his own life — he has accepted and internalized. The entire last day Phil has already left the time loop and is “real.” This makes even more sense if you are capable of seeing the whole experience as granular, rather than some kind of “bubble” that Phil is trapped in — it is more like his whole life — his whole journey from mortal to immortal — is represented by the unfolding of Punxsutawney.

Here is something also interesting: even when Phil “knows everything”, he cannot seem to violate free will even when he tries. This is exemplified when he tries to woo the women and keeps getting slapped. It is only when he allows himself to act intuitively that his life resumes. Even “within the time loop” he has moments where he allows himself to slip into an intuitive mode and experiences progress.

Consider now that YOU are living in a Groundhog’s Day except instead of the stage being Punxsutawney — it is the entire universe. And instead of there being a clear beginning & end to the movie, you are an eternal being who is constantly going in & out of time loops — constantly “xeroxing” people through your own limitations / flaws and in-congruence– and this all moves & dances together moment to moment rather than in discernible “lengths of times.”

And what are you doing? You’re looking for the holy grail.

YOU are figuring out how to create a paradigm which does not end in death (a Nonsense state) — and why you “wake up” everytime you die back in “Punxsutawney.” Is death just a change in your life? Is death an actual death — to reincarnate into another life? Is death a period of intense depression or suffering? Is death just a new perspective? YOU decide. They can all be true. It is YOUR dream — your story.

You cannot proceed until you can become congruent with your own story not because anyone is holding you back but because there is nothing to proceed to — your story is incongruent, incoherent, or bleeds out like a ship with a hole in it.

Who is deciding it is congruent but YOU? But neither can you just decide that you are congruent out of the blue, because this is the power of verisimilitude and the byproduct of the Buffer — of the acts of will that must resolve. You cannot lie to your own heart. Your heart knows congruence.

Our problem is that we have trained our wills to lay down entire networks and highways which we have to travel to resolve.

This is also a bit of introduction to the concept of convergence & divergence, or how we begin to free our minds from time & the ONE WORLD concept. When people play a role in your life, you are also playing a role in their life — in perfect divine order — because of free will consent. It happens “automagically.” Second-guessing yourself or imparting weights after-the-fact is how you “notice” when you are beginning to step into a timeline-exploration (an entropy box — death.) This is when you need to put your hands back on the wheel.

Where does this leave us, then? We must examine our commitments to time. How do we escape time? It isn’t that we want to escape time — we need time. Time provides continuum. But we do not need time at a singular rate, nor do we need time that “bludgeons” us over and over back into the same experience.

We want to master time — to make it optional — to put it into service of us, rather than have it be our master. We may be able to avoid becoming Drunk Librarians, but without the mastery of time, we become Librarians with OCD — moving from one book on the shelf to the next out of a slavish compulsion. It is impossible for a OCD Librarian to conceive in a break in continuity, or to be imaginative enough to connect different books from different sections together. God forbid you are Drunk & OCD.

I have written about this a bit before. It involves “uninverting” a lot of this inverted world and trusting/surrendering to a sense of within. It involves recognizing your altars and breaking them. It involves a sense of wonderment, or total commitment to your heart, which products an effect that makes you feel “outside time.” And the better you can do this, the more you can pull it through the Buffer and add it to baseline.

  • The Earth “Game”: a quick breakdown

First of all, I apologize for the extended absence. Other aspects of life were hoarding my attention and the situation, I hope, is becoming rectified.

I have been squirreling away a bunch of good articles, but they all need some love in order to be presentable. I want to start with a good recap, or rehash of “Ex Inanis” so far. You know, like … “The Story So Far.”

So, you think free will doesn’t exist, or isn’t absolute, eh? You think that perhaps you are the sum total of your parts — that you are like a calculator and the variables of your life just add up — your decisions output in perfect order? Mayhaps you think that your life feels like it is scripted, or that there are forces who have a hand in your pie.

But Macil! Its true. You can’t convince me. It is all determined! One state informs the next state, one feeling, one thought, like a row of domino’s. You are powerless before this unfolding of events. You are just a complicated chemical reaction!

You poor deluded fool. Let me instruct you on how wrong you are.

I want to point out that you are able to observe the forces that seemingly impact your decisions — or result in your decisions — which should give you a clue. The fact that you can observe them should give you immediate pause.

Or perhaps you haven’t ever considered that “something” is observing all of this activity unfold for you to even talk or complain about? In which case that alone would be quite the revelation. If you “see from something other than your eyes“, then is someone other than you controlling this “force of observation?” “What” exactly has the time to complain or contemplate that it doesn’t have free will?

It could be said that the world is at a precipice between those who are falling into determinism (physicalism) and free will (anything freaking else).

This article will be a succinct attempt to coalesce a great deal of knowledge discussed in this site into how the “Earth game” works.

Will is the observational (and executorial) power mentioned above — it is the “eye” behind all senses — the eye that can see things that are not present within your sense-based reality. This eye can “see” any image, “hear” any sound, “feel” any sensation or emotion, and so on. It can (and does) also see, hear, feel (and so on) the apparent “physical” reality — the animated feel-and-touch world.

Remember this! If you can imagine a picture or smell something that isn’t there, you can do this with anything — any feeling, any sensation. This is another clue!

For the sake of this article, let us consider being human on Earth as a kind of cosmic game. I could go deep into this concept, but it should be sufficient for this exercise for you to imagine that you are in a “sub universe” from the “main universe.” This is vast oversimplification for the sake of simplicity.

It is more like both of them are overlapped and “the only limit is yourself.”

Let us call the main universe “Zero.” Zero is “everything”, or a flux-state of all choices being made (this will be elaborated on.)

Zero has its own rules, which we consider absolutes. These absolutes accomplish one thing: they allow life to exist for eternity (eternal play) — for the idea of “non-existence” is a nonsensical concept. There is no “outside the universe”, there is no impending “heat death”, or any other of these ridiculous concepts. As soon as we have created “nothing”, we have created something ; so non-life represents a glitch, an error, or nonsense. A place where your mind tries to go and cannot, because it is an anomaly of conception.

Earth is contained within Zero and while Earth can have its own rules, it must also obey the laws of Zero.

One of the absolutes of Zero is: free will. We can derive a lot of knowledge from this fact.

When you are playing the Earth game, you are conditioned to believe that the fulfillment of your will is achieved through the physical world — such as moving a glass of water from one side of the table to another, driving a car, or doing a job. Humans consider this an “act of will.”

Traditional philosophical and spiritual thought is meant to teach you how to include your thoughts & emotions as part of this “act of will” and through training you can come to have a greater command over these aspects of yourself.

Most schools also teach to have a balance between the inner & outer, but no school has a clear understanding of this relationship. There are common sense ideas like having your basic needs fulfilled will give you more opportunity to work on yourself, that you should practice moderation, or “touch grass” and so on — but few or no schools connect these things as intimately as I do.

We will be going another step beyond traditional wisdom.

I hear you reader. You still have doubts about free will being absolute. You think, perhaps, it is limited, or crippled somehow. Humor me and for a moment believe your free will is absolute. Your every whim is always fulfilled, no matter how bizarre, wondrous or depraved. Just push aside the giggles and disbelief.

In the Earth game, your Will is obscured from you. Ah, here it comes, you say ; some cheap way out to explain this “absolute free will malarkey.”

    Try to keep up here.

Remember how I talked about the “observer behind the senses?” And how this observer is your Will. This means that your will is not a series of discrete actions, but more like a stream of water, or light, without end.

For this example, let’s say your will is a paint gun, but someone has jammed the trigger, rigged it with infinite power and infinite paint.

This paint gun, then, represents the “choices” you are making. You want to equate a “choice” with something granular, but this isn’t how it works. Neither Zero nor Earth break down your will this way. Your will is continuous. You are spraying your paint gun everywhere. Have some dignity.

… to have any dignity, you have to break down your will into more discrete units, but that is beyond the scope of this article ...

Now, you say, that clearly isn’t how it works, because we are using this paint gun — the observer — to paint/observe all sorts of things that don’t happen.

You are wrong. They all happen, but they are subject to many alterations before they get to you — and I am going to show you how. Be warned! This is Eldritch knowledge.

In Zero, whatever you use your paint gun appears to you an instantaneous manner. But all “games” require some disruption of this absolute to create different experiences — like stability and continuity. These are the “rules of the game.”

All games have some variance of what I call a BUFFER. The Earth Buffer is amongst the “hardest core” out there, because it produces what we experience as a kind of banality, or physicality. What is this Buffer?

Imagine that while you are holding this paint gun, your head is peeking through a window into a different room. You can’t see the room you are painting. But after some time passes, the room you are looking at rotates out of your vision and the room you are painting rotates into your vision.

We can also straight up use the programming definition of a buffer –>

    Data Buffer

In computer science, a data buffer (or just buffer) is a region of a memory used to temporarily store data while it is being moved from one place to another. Typically, the data is stored in a buffer as it is retrieved from an input device (such as a microphone) or just before it is sent to an output device (such as speakers).

Once again, remember your WILL? The observer? The eye? Everything you are observing right now is being dumped into this Buffer. The Earth game then uses this buffer to create an illusionary “delay” to your experience which you will later experience. Your “will” is being “saved” to be later moved and shown to you to your physical senses.

Before physical reality is rendered to you, this Buffer has to go through a process of verisimilitude resolution, or “verisimilitude confluence.” To be clear, this is also part of your will. To better understand this concept, you truly need to have a grasp of how time works as well. So let’s take a brief tangent.

Time does not exist. Time is a phenomenon of experience created by the demands of verisimilitude and the Buffer.

As a divine being, you are “always on.” You possess a “state” which is in constant flux (the paint gun is full of rainbow paint). You are witness to the eternal operation of this state. Whenever a variable within the state changes, your experience changes.

This may sound deterministic, but it is not, because of many factors not the least of which include: potential itself, randomness, rules of the game, conflict of wills or the choices of The Other, the flux state of the collective, and the particulars in the confluence of verisimilitude.

This state is a shade, or a limitation, or a filter, upon which you perceive the totality of creation — Zero — further filtered by Earth rules — further filtered by the collective — further filtered by your human condition — and finally by your particular “personality matrix.”

To help grasp this concept — imagine having a Polaroid camera. Take a picture. Everything in the photo can be considered a representation of yourself through the filters of the game all the way through to Zero. That’s right — the chair, the table, the window, the river outside, the birds singing and the plane crashing into your neighbor’s house. Its all based on parameters within you and then rendered thus.

Now, take a step to the left and take another picture. The variable changes what you see. Now take pictures so fast that you can’t see the frames in-between and understand that the scene itself isn’t just resolving your own story, but factors in outside elements as well.

This analogy just concerns the visible aspect, but imagine that the picture also contained everything else: touch, smell, sound, thought, emotion, what your imagination is doing, the input from your friend, a dog barking, the wind blowing, etc.

That is a good crash course — so let’s go back to the Buffer now.

Once again, imagine someone is taking all of your photographs and hiding them from you. Your viewfinder on the camera is busted, so you can only sort of gauge what you are taking a picture of in your “mind’s eye.” You won’t see these photos “in reality” for some indeterminate lapse of time. You are always viewing photos that are “old.”

But Macil, you said time doesn’t exist!

That’s right. But stories & expectations do. And this is where verisimilitude comes in.

This is the official definition of verisimilitude –>

    verisimilitude

    noun
the appearance or semblance of truth; genuineness; authenticity: The play lacked verisimilitude.
something, as an assertion, having merely the appearance of truth.

“What is the one absolute we know, class?” “Free will is absolute!”

You cannot violate your own will, nor the will of others — so how do all these paint guns not paint over each other? Verisimilitude is how. Verisimilitude is how every absolute choice is resolved.

The rules of Zero cannot be broken — but the rules of Earth can ; the rules of Earth are just limitations or ‘suggestions’ that you are imposing upon yourself either through ignorance or choice. Every choice is the next step of a story where you are the writer.

All of the stories must resolve in a believable way. By “believable” we mean — by the expectations you have set for yourself. So if you want an “unbelievable” break in the continuity or stability of your Earthly experience, you would first need to craft a story that you can believe in.

None of this is to suggest that you are in some limbo zone, or movie reel, where you are waiting to catch up to your choices because this isn’t quite true. Rather, you are in a kind of storm, or vortex, where some of your actions have faster resolution and others are delayed, waiting to play out or be adjusted by confluence (does this “seem” to violate someone’s will? does this violate a rule of Earth? how does this synchronize? are there random factors? what do I expect to happen? what limitations do I hold upon myself as true? do I believe it? etc.).

Remember, there is no time — meaning your sense of time is an illusion.

What occurs in your physical reality is the “confluence of verisimilitude” in the moment that it is observed. This means it is the “resolution” of will from every being in all of Zero (including Earth) in that moment. All these choices change the “flux” of all Zero, adding to the sum of all experience and thus also adding to the potential or possible choices each being can make.

This means all the beings everywhere are all painting pictures which add to and change the flux of Zero, thereby subsequently adding to the range of potential choices you can make. Your Authenticity or intuition allows you to perceive the perfect path (suited for you) within the totality of Zero in the single moment it is observed to realize your perfect will (your maximum potential, or the range & accuracy of your verisimilitude).

This Authenticity changes the very next moment it is observed, because we are constant and in flux. We are not static, but like an amorphous blob. Authenticity is your divine compass. Often philosophers and spiritual material gets confused by this compass upon its apprehension, believing Zero to be a “solved” equation — mistaking a single moment for “everything minus potential (thus a dead entropic universe)” — and derive their entire work on this incorrect premise — but this bears its own article.

I will talk about the failure of certain paradigms in including “potential” or perpetual unfolding experience in another article.

How do Others impact the outcome of your Will? Like all stories, that depends on you. For some people, the Other has a great impact for good or ill and for some, little to no impact. In the human narrative, generally speaking, an inordinate amount of influence is often attributed to The Other, to the point where people victimize themselves and have constructed entire societal structures for the regulation and management of “The Other” to avoid having to examine themselves — a habit I often view poorly around here. Go back and re-read the article on One Worldism and how “matchmaking” between people works: One Worldism.

The nature, role and responsibility of the Other is up to you, but know this: The Other is another absolute of Zero. Without The Other, eternity cannot exist. Abuse or abandon The Other at your own peril or fortitude.

There are a few tricks to get yourself to “see” the illusion of time. Try this: anything you believe to be “yours” in this reality, simply “disown” it. Pretend that it is not yours. In fact, pretend that you are in a world in which you have no stake. If you find this difficult, then recall your dreams — your dreams often have this sense of “non-ownership” — it can also feel like a sense of wonder, or newness.

Here’s another: Imagine yourself looking at the world like when you were a child. This will allow you to see how “time doesn’t exist.” You can also imagine the “onset of adulthood” where time was imposed on you where timeless and time met to create a kind of dread and in this space see “backwards” where time had no meaning.

There are other ways, but what they have in common is “sitting in your will/observer” and NOT “sitting in your eyes.” It is “stepping up” your awareness such that it is unfettered, kind of like floating or flying.

The only thing binding you is the verisimilitude; there are no physical laws, societal laws, ethics, or any other force except the force of verisimilitude which impede or bar your will from executing as you imagine it. But verisimilitude is far more powerful than you can imagine — it is not a simple matter to say, “believe contrary” to arrive at your desires. A simple belief requires a great deal of time to integrate — never mind undoing beliefs which are often tangled and dependent upon one another, causing incoherence or destabilization in your soul cohesion.

Verisimilitude might be considered to be the confluence of your soul ; it is the stability and belief in yourself and cannot so easily be altered. Undermining this verisimilitude without the proper work is like using a rickety ladder or knocking down a load-bearing beam to remodel — it will likely result in suffering (incoherence, loss of waveform.)

You might also equate it with building a skyscraper — there is a great deal of work that must go into calculating all the load & tolerances so the building does not fall over. A building is just like a story (no pun intended). And if you have to go down to the foundation, then you can imagine how much work this is.

It would be easier to devise technological means for “breaking” the rules than to work on the structures within yourself that impact this verisimilitude — and that is largely the way of physicality. That is the way many folks opt to take because it is comfortable and doesn’t require much thought or effort (which is precisely why it diminishes awareness and consciousness.) Folks who do not wish to do the inner work will elevate the physical above themselves as a spiritual shortcut, thus ultimately becoming physical (deterministic) themselves.

Relying on technological means is like building your skyscraper taller and taller to reach the heavens, rather than going back down to the foundation to secure your ascent whenever you reach a “new level.” Eventually your tower will topple under its own weight because the foundation cannot support it. It is just another metaphor for an entropy box, or a timeline without potential — a “dead end.”

Improper use of technology concerns the breaking of the Earth rules, rather than their unraveling within yourself. This unraveling is what I would call “self-actualization.” Proper use of technology assists with the ladder — it does not help you “cheat” this process.

How long is the Buffer? This is a complicated question.

I use the term the Buffer to elucidate a concept, but in truth there is a Buffer for every story that must resolve. Will cannot be denied. You cannot “will” a prior will away, because this would be a violation of the absolute of free will — and an absolute cannot be violated by nature. There are no exceptions, so an “anti free will” doesn’t exist — it is a “nonsense.” To act in “counter” is anti-life — again, a nonsense — it is believing you can turn off the paint gun and “go back.” There is no such thing to “go back to.” This causes corruption and turbulence which you will experience as suffering.

In fact, most of the world’s ills can be traced back to the very concept of trying to “undo” your prior decisions. The Buffer obscures your will and thus you often misplace or confuse your responsibility. Awareness is what allows you to keep tabs on what you are painting, or what photographs you are taking and thus increases the amount of will you can exercise. Remember, you are a kind of “state” that is in constant flux — try to get rid of the concept of time altogether.

Fixation might be synonymous with awareness. It is your scope, or how much of Zero you can apprehend. In New Age circles, this might be similar to density. Increasing fixation (or lowering awareness) increases physical properties. Decreasing fixation (or raising awareness) decreases physical properties. Less fixation (or more awareness) correlates with a greater or more accurate fulfillment of will. You can be coherent with increased fixation (or less awareness) but your perception of Zero decreases, so your potential, or range, or ability to fulfill your will diminishes, because your universe becomes more deterministic. Beings with low awareness or high fixation have hidden their wills in physical & external altars.

Congruence is your ability to take responsibility for and act in harmony with your prior decisions, or your overall being. For example, if you believe telling a lie is bad, then you are congruent when you tell the truth — telling a lie would represent an instability. Instability creates incoherence, which we can equate with suffering. If you need to tell lies, then you would need to adjust your paradigm to explain why lies are acceptable to you. Low congruence would mean that you do not know yourself well, or are in a state of civil war with yourself. High congruence correlates with knowing the self.

I will talk more about congruence when I talk about the “one true path” fallacy, or how Zero has “no weights.”

Note: you cannot cultivate a personal paradigm against Zero’s absolutes as this represents a Nonsense or anti-life. For example, you can believe there is no such thing as free will, but this will simply steer your realm into determinism (entropic ; without potential ; a collapsing universe) until you realize the error of your ways.

Also note that games themselves can be entropic as subsets of Zero. I’ll talk about this later. To the best of my ability to discern, Earth is an evolutionary-type of game, either intentional or accidental, aka, intended (or a by-product) to raise cohesion or bring beings to self-actualization.

Whatever you are focusing on right now is coming back to you. That is my personal experience. It should be noted that this can include behaviors, thoughts and feelings ; so “feel better” or “be more motivated” is a good always a good investment to start making.

That might sound easy, but it is not. It favors a stable environment and excessive contemplation, which most people never do ; their contemplation is rather done through retroactive experiences — aka, “hard knocks”, or through the need of instant gratification.

When you start to get good at this, you make it a point to never corrupt or neglect your Buffer. I say: do not shit in your own realm, which you are always in no matter where you appear to be “on Earth.” Slowly, you begin to raise your “baseline.” Your baseline is the font from within yourself that produces your stable or “usual” experience. You are building that skyscraper floor by floor.

In the future, we will talk about Environment and Investment in terms of this baseline.

  • On One Worldism

You know what time of year it is — tax season. That’s right — the time of year where we have somehow been convinced that paying a toll is somehow necessary for the functioning of a civilized society. Worse, we are conned into doing the work of collecting the toll and hand delivering it! Talk about evil.

This is a good article for Ex Inanis because it exemplifies the problem of One Worldism so well.

Before we continue, this is your friendly reminder to read the disclaimer plastered on the top of the site. The discussions we have here are intended to challenge your understanding of the world — not provide you with answers.

    Let’s begin.

You’ve heard every argument in the book for the justification for taxes, I’m sure: protection (military), welfare (of any kind), public services (roads, power) and so on. We are not going to rehash any of those here. I don’t care where you fall on the spectrum — if you believe in any form of government, even some ideal form that has never existed, you are still stuck in One Worldism.

So how do we explain “One Worldism?” This is just a phrase I coined. This has nothing to do with one world governments or the unification of mankind.

Your 3D / material / survival mind will want to argue that we live in a world of scarcity — whether that scarcity be time, resources, manpower or physical space. This deception is extremely powerful because of the limited human perspective. Your survival mind wants to believe that this scarcity is derived because we are all part of the perceived “one world” — all in this together. But this is a horrible lie.

You want to see the “world” as a physical place, like a pie that must be divided. We need structures, governments and all manners of machinations to control this pie otherwise there would be abject chaos. Our own lives reinforce this because our experience is so real and visceral and having an aching body or a hungry belly makes little room for pondering higher truths. So we surrender to the convenient truths that we must work, or must sacrifice or must take.

You believe in this “one world pie.” But what if EVERYONE had their own pie? Furthermore, what if the pie never ran out? But that is absurd, you say — that doesn’t match our experience at all.

The world is built anew in every moment by the core of our own being as individuals. And there are no limits upon how that world is built. It is a never-ending fountain. You make the mistake in thinking you are situated in your brain, or behind your eyes, rather than as an observer of the entire scene playing out before you.

To a fixated consciousness, it is inconceivable that reality is flowing out of us like a sieve, or that we are converging/diverging and stitching together hundreds & thousands of realities at once. Imagine if every pixel on your screen was an entire universe from which you were just borrowing one color to paint the picture on your screen.

The world that is created is created via the seat of our will. We have entrained our wills over lifetimes and part of this entrainment includes the idea of ONE WORLDISM. We believe we must “feed ourselves” from a power other than God — like the physical world of Earth, which exists “outside” of us — and so we believe ourselves to be “outside”, or apart from God.

Feeding comes loaded with a powerful, entangling verisimilitude.

We are all connected this way — yet this does not mean we “humans living on Earth.” We are beings who are carrying all the stories that comprise mankind. For each one of us, there is another version of Earth. And when we all come together, a confluence is created — an intersection, like a vortex — that animates the world that we live in.

Every person is a circle, which represents a complete self-sufficient universe. The overlapping part is the world. The “black” would represent God, from which we create our universe.

Also, do you see the “flower”?

All of us have believed in One Worldism. We have believed in for a very long time. This is changing, not just in ultra-niche esoteric blogs that no one reads like Ex Inanis. You see the birth of this knowledge even in the mainstream. Look at the smash hits that Marvel puts out which have introduced the concept of the “multiverse” to a wide, captive audience. (I need to write a post on the series LOKI, which was way more awesome than I expected) This is the collective unconscious being expressed in extraordinary ways beyond the private circles of philosophers.

This subject brings us into even more mind-bending territory. Remember what I said about seeing the whole world as one connected scene? Your entire qualia is YOURS!

Imagine if every person’s world is represented by a Chessboard. That is, their whole world is both sides of the board — the black & white, kings and queens and all the pieces.

In competitive chess, there is a rating system that is used that is called ELO. A player’s ELO rating determines who they match with in competitive environments. This would also be similar to other sports, but Chess works best because it is an individual rating.

Now imagine that the ONLY Chessboard you can see is your own. Alright? Everyone has a Chessboard, but you can only see your own.

When I move a piece, I am moving a piece on everyone’s Chessboard (including my own) with whom I have a similar ELO rating. And when someone else moves a piece, they are moving it on my Chessboard. You can’t see the “invisible hand” doing this, but accept that it is there. (It is your hand, which you are moving via a consensual agreement with the other player, like playing Chess by mail / phone / etc.)

Your life “ELO” is what is determining who appears in your life, as well as your life’s circumstances themselves. Your ELO determines who can move pieces on your board and whose board YOU can play with. Your ELO is the force behind the animation of the world.

All the Chessboards are superimposed ontop of one another, but this “ELO” is what determines which boards see each other.

    Let’s get even more wild!

Now consider that there are MANY kinds of Chessboards. I mean, beyond marble or wood Chessboards. Imagine to play with other people, you don’t have to play with a Chessboard. You can play with Monopoly, or a deck of cards and this “ELO” rating still works.

The Chessboards could represent Earth / Human. But the Chessboards could represent anything. Do you think a tricky Norse god is playing the same game humans are? What the hell does HIS gameboard look like?

Do not mistake using the iconography of the Chessboard as a surrogate for the mind. That is wrong. We are using the Chessboard as a reference to your ENTIRE LIVING EXPERIENCE — awake, sleep, doesn’t matter. We call this qualia.

Now consider that you are fully in charge of what game you are actually playing. You can even create house-rules for your Chessboard that other players have to obey if they want to play with you. And no free will is ever violated, because players are freely choosing to match with you or not.

Is this starting to become clearer?

The analogy is still cumbersome because the idea of a Chessboard still imposes a sense of boundaries — a sense of “here and there” — or “outside/off the board” — which isn’t right. The truth is that all the realities overlap and mix together in more of a dance — like the colorful smoke that I use as the background of the website.

How does this all loop back into taxes?

Scarcity is baked into the idea of Earth / Human via its hypnosis of the ONE WORLD. Everything that creates the ONE WORLD creates the hypnosis of scarcity, or the idea that because there is just ONE WORLD, it must be split, divided, and limited. Just as the pieces in Chess must move in particular ways, the Human game has imposed rules upon our mind.

And so when you begin to see this perspective, you start to understand that taxes are diabolical because they create a means by which we FEED UPON ONE ANOTHER instead of deriving our being from God (because we believe we will cease to exist if we do not.) The energy becomes contained, or entropic — in the diagram above, the energy remains amongst the circles, instead of flowing in/out through God — instead of believing each of us is connected to a never-ending reservoir of power that constructs reality.

Can you see how this “one world” would inform behavior? How it would inform how our entire experience would unfold? How all culture and civilization would rise from this seemingly tiny assumption? How then that entire world would begin creating its own self-sustaining feedback loop? Would you say, even, that this loop could become almost perfected to where it became almost its own pocket of reality, hiding from God?

It is a little like a child playing pretend and hiding from their parents behind their hands, is it not?

If you are really paying attention, can you see how powerful the agenda of maintaining the idea of a one world would be? If people could create their own worlds, anything dependent upon them would starve and have to find their own way.

It becomes even more mind-boggling when you realize IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO FEED ON ANOTHER ! It would violate the absolute of free will. So how do you explain seeming violations of will? Easy. We are knocking over our own Chessboard like a child having a tantrum.

We are creating a “drama” in our own Chessboard and victimize ourselves with the idea that others can take our energy or do harm to us. When this happens, it plays out like a stage drama in our lives. Fixation is what causes us to “act” without the awareness, or in a lower frame of mind. That is also “part of the game.”

Even your body & health is part of this drama. Remember, your Earthly representation is part of the whole scene. It is your “fixation” that places you behind the human.

Note, there are plenty of forces we have set in motion upon our Chessboard that can seemingly violate our will but are part of the story we are continuing to comply with or renew. What altars are you still worshipping?

Yet it is one thing to understand this and then another to deal with having to make money, broken bones or injured loved ones. Ex Inanis explores how to change the nature of this game, while also optimizing how we work together with our fellow players.

The logical question to ask here is: Do the players we play with, then, prevent us from changing our game? No! And in fact, they can help. But this is a more daunting task than you might realize. You are VERY INVESTED in playing Chess! And so, you play with other players who are also VERY INVESTED. We create a situation where our ELO has made us “stranded.”

But this is not an exile. We created our stranded island on purpose. Or, well, we created it because it is a consequence of the cohesion of consciousness. As consciousness becomes cohesive, it begins coalescing into a kind of island. When the island is stable and complete, then it can integrate with other places / universes without sinking into the ocean (that would be God).

This is a delicate time, because the “true self” is deciding what it wants to be.

    That is enough for now!

  • The Drunk Librarian

I have piles of journals too arcane for anyone to read but me. This blog is intended to be a space that provides clarity to these ideas by giving them more substance and structure. In doing so, I hope to also provide a bridge for others to follow. This “teaching” has an unexpected effect of making the foundation stronger and easier for me to hold.

Part of the work I do is attempting to unify our ideas of the inside & the outside until there is no longer a distinction — all the while without losing ourselves. This goes deep into our relationship with the world and making decisions on the nature of that world.

Most of modern thought believes “the world” is a physical place — something outside of us that we have a limited ability to influence. Even most spiritual discussions devolve into discussing physical bodies that are suppose to be like radio tuners. Most people are stuck in the idea that we are ruled by atoms, cells and DNA. There is always another discovery, because this is part of the physical abyss. Most belief systems deal with accepting that which cannot be changed. This is not the position of Ex Inanis.

The objective nature of the universe serves at the behest of its subjective elements. If a building is the objective fact, then the bricks are the subjective explorations that built it. With effort, you can build new structures, or tear down old ones. * Another way to understand this is that there are no experiences which have more weight than others. When we give an experience a weight, it drags us down with it.

    * Note, I do not believe we need to tear things down brick by brick. We just need to know where to plant the explosives.

Often, this is why we call the world suggestive, or an appearance, to help us remember this, rather than simply accept the world at face value. And it is important to remember this because in order to access new levels of knowledge, we must be able to hold certain truths long enough to see through them — like holding a spyglass, we can’t see beyond the horizon without it.

There are some elements in our living experience that are so old that they may as well be themselves gods, like the Earth or the sky. Yet it is important to adopt the understanding that there is “nothing above us”, or that nothing that can’t be understood or unwound. Rome wasn’t built in a day. If you are too afraid to question something, then it is your master.

What is freedom? Freedom is Heaven, Nirvana, ascension, or enlightenment. Pick your poison. This has a different meaning for everyone. Discovering this state of mind is a personal process and means we have to have informative positions or patterns from which we can live our lives to achieve it.

These informative positions allow us to derive all other knowledge without having to hold all that knowledge all the time. We might call these truths (with a little t.) As we amass more and more of these truths, we can often see Truths (big T) — that is, the Truths are glimpses in how the “ultimate” cosmos must work — through the cracks. The more efficient we become at this, the easier it is to keep peeking at the big Truths and organize ourselves in service to the big Ts instead. And every time we do, we become a little lighter and a little more cohesive.

The big T Truths can’t be held within the mind “all at once”, which would be like attempting to see an object from every vantage point. At best, you can make a record from each point and then tie them together to get an accurate picture.

Imagine a human mind can hold the contents of a single book. One whole book. If “freedom” is the contents of a million books, how are we to ever achieve enlightenment? We fill our one book with references. We become the ultimate reference book — a living conduit — able to navigate all of creation with our one little book.

In computer science, a pointer is an object in many programming languages that stores a memory address. This can be that of another value located in computer memory, or in some cases, that of memory-mapped computer hardware. A pointer references a location in memory, and obtaining the value stored at that location is known as dereferencing the pointer. As an analogy, a page number in a book’s index could be considered a pointer to the corresponding page; dereferencing such a pointer would be done by flipping to the page with the given page number and reading the text found on that page. The actual format and content of a pointer variable is dependent on the underlying computer architecture.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pointer_(computer_programming)

Humans must build and re-build scaffolding through ritual, habit, prayer, works, and so on in order to progressively ascertain higher truths. Neglecting this work is catastrophic, because the human narrative is entropic. We write stuff in our (one) book that shouldn’t be there and it starts to displace things. To offset this decay, we have to model our lives to new truths so that we are re-building and re-freshing them all the time until it is second nature like breathing. This raises our baseline.

The objective of any spiritual, philosophical or intellectual practice is to keep raising this baseline. We might also call this self-actualization or the process of cohesion. Keep writing more right things than “less right” things in your book.

This all sounds like a lot of work. Right? Why can’t we just live our lives and be happy? Some people do just that. They become content with the book and do not care to discover they are the librarian. These people are the drunk librarians who can’t remember their reference system or keep dropping their reference book, bouncing from one book to the next. They have simplified their existential process by denying it altogether.

First of all, can we imagine the state of mind that Ex Inanis is striving to achieve? We can. It is exemplified in fictional works all over. One example that I love in particular is from the book/movie of Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince where Harry drinks a “Luck Potion.”

The luck potion allows Harry Potter to conduct himself in a effortless flow of perfect intuition. This allows him to fix multiple “timelines” that have gone awry. He often says he has “no idea” why he is doing what he is doing, because there is no room for the answer — just the reference. He has become the librarian.

I suggest reading the book or watching the movie and seeing the entire sequence from the perspective of an “enlightened consciousness” — see Harry as the “observer making decisions” and the whole story as Harry’s own consciousness.

Hermione says: “We have a plan.” But a plan is fixated, too granular, like picking up a hundred grains of rice, or counting all the steps to your destination. Drunk! Whereas Harry has become a conduit for his “librarian” who knows where all the books are that will tell him everything he needs. Harry says: “Trust me, I know what I am doing. Or Felix (God, Higher Self, the divine, intution, etc.) does.”

We can also go back to the classic discussion Morpheus has with Neo –>

Morpheus: “Yet their strength and their speed are still based in a world built on rules and because of that, they will never be as strong or as fast as you can be.”

Neo: “What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge bullets?”

Morpheus: “No, Neo, I am trying to tell you, when you are ready — you won’t have to.”

    The Matrix

As long as you see the world as immutable — altars — gods — you are fixed to that world — to that box. This is the world of the drunk librarians. These are people scribbling in their reference book, blotting out stuff, writing in the margins — filling it with all the wrong (fixated) stories. These stories aren’t just vices, or bad habits or urges. They are also material. Things that seem untouchable.

You are referencing these stories everyday — atoms, DNA, clouds, trees — yet even if you read (explain) them all, there will just be more. And that is wonderful, but wouldn’t you rather pick your story? A drunk librarian is one who stumbles from shelf to shelf (life to life.)

How can we possibility achieve this state of mind when we are riddled with feelings of doubt — existentialism? (Why do you keep copying all these unnecessary details into your one and only reference book?)

You cannot “exit” the matrix. Getting unplugged is just another story. Another layer. There are infinite layers, infinite books– an infinite abyss, an infinite labyrinth, because it is all consciousness and consciousness is infinite. It is you, the child of God, writing the story (or picking the story, if you prefer.) There is no matrix. You are creating your own matrix. Would you rather be able to pick the next book, or just drunkenly stumble to the next one?

This comes across as pithy and not very practical and Ex Inanis loves making wisdom practical.

Almost all practical wisdom often posits some idea of acceptance. Acceptance is good. But acceptance can be dysfunctional. Acceptance can become dysfunctional when you raise the physical world above your awareness (which remember is the root of will — it contains the mechanism by which free will is enabled). When you raise something above your awareness, you are creating an altar — something to service — something which makes choices for you.

… something that writes in the reference book for you. If you don’t control the reference, then who does?

Some schools of thought believe that “enlightenment” is achieved by putting everything above your awareness through a state of “total acceptance.” Thus you achieve liberation by having no need to make choices. These beliefs might assert that this is how to merge the inside & the outside ; in other words, through the surrendering of choice, we achieve a transformation where “our” choice becomes one with the world.

While there is salient wisdom in this in teaching us harmony & flow — this is not the way. This is being drunk. If you just keep jumping from one story to the next, then where are “you”? You will never know your true self.

This idea of “absolute acceptance” elevates the state of flow or harmony above awareness — above choice. But this is foolish, because we can imagine the ability to effortlessly remain in this state — as a matter of choice — rather becoming lost in the service of it. We are not Harry the “luck potion” addict. This is like confusing an urge with a desire. The urge being something that controls us and a desire being a conscious choice we wish to experience.

That is the way of physicalism when we devalue our awareness. It is not incoherent per se but it is a trap — that is, it has the potential to overcome suffering / resolve existentialism — but it is a more static, unchanging form of coherence, like mother nature, or a rock. A rock can weather almost any storm, but a rock has no potential whatsoever. That is the natural conclusion of physicalism.

You cannot become the book. You can pretend you are the book being picked by the librarian (physicalism) to alleviate the burden of choice, but this is just you choosing to be the drunk librarian (incoherent, non-enlightened) versus the lucid librarian.

I am a strong believer that you can have your cake & eat it too.

What would a consciousness look like that is free of existentialism? It would resemble the mind of a child who sees the world as a game to be played. A child does not see a world that can harm them. It is the ability to play-pretend in any role without any consequence, just as children do when they play cowboys & indians or heroes & villains. It is just a world full of wonder, exploration and fun. Indeed, reality becomes a game.

But a child lacks the agency which we learn as adults which is not, in fact, ego, but a critical part of the alchemical process of actualization / enlightenment.

Alright — so, we have an idea of what enlightenment looks like. It some kind of synthesis of our inner-child and adult — resulting in a kind of a true self that is able to “have the cake and eat it too.” Freedom. The ability to choice anything. Absolute free will.

Remember, we are looking for informative positions here — truths — from which we can derive future knowledge & behavior.

Does our reality appear to us as a game? No, it does not. It is often full of suffering, doubt and undesired challenge. Even a peaceful life is often full of rote & chore, or the transmutation of negative into positive (a bias): it requires a process of work (which is the residue of physicalism we need to shed.)

In physicswork is the energy transferred to or from an object via the application of force along a displacement. In its simplest form, for a constant force aligned with the direction of motion, the work equals the product of the force strength and the distance traveled.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Work_(physics)

Can we point to one feature of a game that makes it a game? Sure, we can — a game is an experience with which we can disengage from at anytime. We can quit. We can logout. We can put the book down.

Can we quit being human? Can we quit Earth? At first glance, it appears like we can’t. And this tells us things. But is this true? Can this tell us something informative?

Some folks might say, sure, you can quit. You can die. But the knowledge or concept of death does nothing for us. That is, the idea of death does not cure us of existentialism. Death, is in fact, the ultimate personification of existentialism — the great mystery. So while death as a concept does us no good — it gives us a clue.

What is the clue? The clue is that we can imagine a state where death is not a mystery — that is, a state where there is no death. And if death = existentialism … aha! That is the state of mind we talked about earlier — one without existentialism — that we want to achieve — enlightenment, Nirvana, etc … Freedom!

We know that this mind (the enlightened mind) plays reality like a game. And we identified a seminal feature of games as the having the ability to turn them off. And we know that death is not this “turn off” because it does not cure us of existentialism or thrust us into Heaven upon apprehension.

So, being deathless — free of doubt — is also the ability to “play games”, i.e., the ability to engage & disengage from experience at will. An interesting thing to note here is this is a good example of “As above, so below” — it is considered the height of enlightenment to be able to engage/disengage from experiences without being disturbed by them. Non-attachment. In but not of. And so on. This is very telling.

Again, we return to our Earthly experience. Can we quit? The answer appears to be “no.” Well, it is more complicated than that, but for now let’s run with it. Because the answer is “no”, this also gives us a clue.

So far we have determined that we live in an existential reality. It is reality where we must DOUBT. This is huge because it gives us an informative position — a little t(ruth.)

Because we cannot ascertain the true nature of this experience, we can derive an entire paradigm for dealing with it. We can assume that whatever the nature of the reality is, we are operating with an incomplete picture though we can “imagine” a complete picture. By the way, this is the gist of what I call the Infinity Principle. This allows us to start setting up a basecamp.

There is an important tangent we must take here. Once we have established we are living in an existential reality, this means “all bets are off.” This means we are solely responsible for the trajectory of our consciousness, because there is nothing that cannot or should not be questioned (because it cannot be verified) up to and including seemingly fixed things like “being human” or “living on Earth.” Doubt is pervasive. Indeed, there are whole realms of knowledge that are impenetrable unless you are willing to question these things. These all come under suspicion and we are doing ourselves a tragic disservice if we do not “reach for the stars.”

NTS: This leads to complicated discussions regarding faith, knowledge and decisions. We also introduces the subtle “trap of proof” here.

This would highly suggest that we are beings that are going through a birthing process. But hold on! Perhaps the logout procedure is just obscured or something for us to discover. But this does us no good. This just introduces a “hidden rules” problem.

If, in fact, there are hidden rules that are obstructing our withdrawal from this experience — or the changing of this experience — then from an informative standpoint is is the exact same existentialism problem. Our live still devolves into a “search for the hidden.” We still cannot act from a liberated (enlightened) “freedom” mind, which we know must be possible just by imagining it.

Alright, alright — well, perhaps then, this is solved with faith. Through a lifetime of inner work, contemplation and dedication, can we achieve a level of faith that is synonymous with knowing? That is, can we abolish all doubt on faith alone?

If we accept that we can, then this just leads us back to existentialism rather than knowing, because it means there are “no limitations.” That is, we are creating an absolute state via an act of decision / will — we are creating “absolute faith” to abolish doubt. But if we can create absolute faith, this means we can use the same process to create absolute ANYTHING. There is nothing sacred. It tells us nothing. Nothing informative is gained. The world remains unchanged. The doubtless mind remains elusive.

If we argue this is the point — that absolute faith frees us — this is just another vein of “ego abolishment” — i.e., back to the physicalism problem we discussed earlier. Drunkeness.

If you argue that “exits are trying to escape yourself”, then this denies that we have a free will choice in our experiences, or how those experiences are created. This is a hidden rules problem. If you argue there are boundaries (like limited free will), you are just returning us to existentialism again.

Alright, buddy, then maybe your problem is this whole “games have exits” problem. Your whole premise falls apart if we can have games without exits. Why can’t life just be this gradual folding/unfolding process?

If you argue against the premise that ‘games have exits’ you are introducing a bigger cosmological design problem. You are asserting that lives without existentialism are impossible — which is, itself, impossible, because it would be “division by zero.” We can imagine realms or states of mind that have no doubt, so they must exist (again, Infinity Principle). Denying them “splits infinity” and thus creates an entropy box (existentialism!!!) So we must ask, then, why this reality isn’t like that, which returns us to existentialism.

If you opt to argue that my choices to choose something else are a form of self-rejection, then you are looping us back to “hidden rules” and physicalism.

To further elaborate the “cosmological design problem” — the denial of game exits would assert that there is a natural cosmological process of “diving” and “ascending” that takes hundreds of lives as if this was the default (or only) way of life. Even as humans, we can imagine “game like” modes of operation.

If you assert well this is it — death is just oblivion — then you are asserting nothing at all. Like figurative and literal. Which means you have no meaningful contribution at all. You are just a sock puppet for Nonsense. Do you even read this website?

The most reliable assumption is that this is a “required” experience for beings that are undergoing a process of “self-actualization.”

“As above, so below” — the idea of exits can also be synonymous with the idea of being able to engage and disengage in a harmonious and balanced way with anything life throws at us, rather than in the more esoteric extremes like other dimensions or logging out of a simulation. That is, at least, the beginning.

If you ask: “are you where you want to be, or have the things you want?” while pretending the existentialism isn’t a problem, this is gaslighting because the existentialism itself is the problem, or the thing “that we want.” You can’t redirect us back to the “world of appearances” because we desire to get at the heart of the storyteller itself. We want to move from doubt to knowing. We want the freedom to engage & disengage from our experiences. We don’t want to keep playing the material game “without exits.”

If you say then just be in knowing, as a kind of brute-force decision, you are trying to create a game state without doing the inner work — without constructing (understanding) the exit (so, denial of choice, or denial of self.) This just creates a state of denial, or stasis (Groundhog’s Day) and is a form of gaslighting. A lot of spiritual folk get caught here and never evolve. This is the iconic, yet deceptive, image of the monk meditating on a hill in perfect bliss. Such practice is a form of Nonsense, or anti-life — which would require its own article. More drunkenness.

This article is not intended to provide a solution to these topics, but to show the path, which is a way to kill the “ego” (or “false” self), which itself contains the solution. We show the path because we often get star-struck and lose our footing. We leave breadcrumbs for our false self to get us back on track. This whole discussion, when taken as a whole, rather than in literal pieces, is full of clues — little taps on the shoulder saying: “Hey, wake up!”

All of the best philosophical, religious, spiritual, and occult works out there have gone through this same process and all have realized some variation of the “paradox” — the living “in but not of” solution — the synthesis — the ability to hold opposing states — the quiet mind — that must be employed. The more reliably we can hold this paradoxical mind, the more it becomes our default — our baseline. I think when it tips over a threshold, we will discover the freedom we are looking for that is eternal.

  • Upwards and onwards

So I’ve been hammering on technology a lot in the last series of posts so it is time to take a step back a bit.

I’m not a luddite. I mean, I moonlight as a sorcerer & philosopher, but most of the time I am a web developer. This blog requires multiple layers of technology to function. There are many marvels at work.

My chief problem with technology isn’t the technology itself, because technology is like anything in our experience — an inseparable manifestation of consciousness. It is inexorable as much as our own bodies, or the natural world itself. When we understand that we are the “whole qualia” (unity) then magic & technology are almost interchangeable. Technology becomes the “best” expression of our will, given the state of our current story.

Technology identifies the intersection between the collective’s stories and how those stories can be utilized to produce effects. They are the means by which we inform the consciousness field to do what we want. But this is the same thing we ALL do in our individual lives as we manage the unfolding of our own stories.

This is how “magic” works. When you do, decide & intend, you are becoming a conduit of technology yourself and creating a new state of affairs. This requires creating the technology within yourself — a congruent paradigm that puts you in a position to tell powerful stories to which the world must obey.

If a lightbulb is the story of electricity & filament that produce light — for which we have such certainty — then what story do we need to tell ourselves to convince ourselves it is possible to create light from only an act of will? I am sure a glowing glass bulb also sounded as absurd before consciousness was ready to make it. Asking such questions shows us how to broaden our perspective and begin the process of disentangling our will from stories that add so many extra steps.

There are right ways and “less right” ways that technology should be used. Most of our technology orients us to think ourselves separate from our experience, or independent from it. Modern thought believes we are situated “in the brain” and that the world is “out there.” And so our technology reflects this way of thinking.

We can also see technology itself as an exploration of our own consciousness. Technology becomes almost the philosophical record of how we described our consciousness back to ourselves as we sought to master our will.

I have such strong opinions about technology because it is such an easy generator of fixation. Fixation is becoming too enamored or too concerned with details. It is like becoming glued to a microscope for so long, you think you ARE the microscope.

Higher truths are not perceivable unless you are able to step away from the microscope. This goes deep into our psyches about how we interact with our qualia. It is about our natural behavior and impulses. Are they fixated, or are they flexible?

As fixation increases, our sense of physicality increases — we become heavier — burdened — subject to too many stories whose demands we can’t get above. Decreasing fixation makes you part of all the stories and thus you become less affected by them. You leak less of your will and cause less chaos. You are able to navigate between many stories without needing to resolve each one.

As we fixate, the less will we are able to bring to bear, because we get lost in the comings and goings of the details ; the will becomes diluted and washed away; the details require too much story, too much verisimilitude and we get dragged along, like being tossed in a raging river.

What we create is always a function of our level of fixation. We cannot create “above our station” and so much of the technology humans have made serves a very dense level of reality.

How should technology be used? Technology should be used as a crutch while we recover our will. Technology should have an inverse relationship with our evolution as humans. As we become more sovereign, we have less need for technology — we “become” the technology, but not anything like the transhumanists mistakenly believe.

We become super heroes — wizards — Q.

Here is a simple example: Some years ago the air conditioning in my vehicle gave out. I did not have the money to repair it. As someone who lives in a place where temperatures can reach over 100 degrees, this at first seemed like an almost inconceivable state of affairs. But over the years, something magical happened.

As I kept the window down, I started feeling more connection to my world. I did not feel so isolated in my little moving bubble of metal & glass. I remembered old feelings of being in nature as a kid and I came to love the fresh air and the breeze. But it didn’t end there …

I became accustomed to a broader range of temperatures. I sweated less. I adapted quickly to both hot & cold to where my sensitivity had decreased. I felt less physical discomfort. That’s right — I had become less fixated — less physical.

All those years of air conditioning had created a fixation and made me consciously & spiritually weaker. But how many people would willingly forgo air conditioning to discover these things within themselves? I imagine very few.

Now — are there good uses for air conditioning? Of course. This is just an example to demonstrate a point.

Many believe that technology should relieve us of the burden of our experience or humanity. They want to use technology as a shortcut, wherein fact it creates many extra steps. Technology can easily become a kind of obsessive avoidance. Many see technology as a kind of messiah, or savior and thus really it becomes another damnation.

If we move towards a Gibson future, then many will believe merging themselves with the machine will free them, but this just makes them even more physical. They are seeing fixes and bandages outside of themselves, making “matter” their master.

If we move towards a Star Trek future, we need to be careful about becoming hedonistic and complacent. If our starships and replicators fail us, then we will find that we haven’t done much to address our human condition at all — in fact, it will seem like one big detour. But if we can remember why we’re zipping through the stars, we might have a chance.

Then there are the few who wish to master consciousness — magic, sorcery — those who know that we are masters of reality already and that the answers are inside. Then the role of technology is best suited for allowing us to gracefully manage our environment. We use technology to give ourselves the space & time to uncover where we have hidden our will and integrate it back within.

I suspect our future may be some strange combination of all of these futures. Will our world have cyborgs, Starfleet cadets and super heroes all? There is room for overlap, I think, that results in a positive outlook and something to look forward to.

  • The Human Condition

The tone of this one will be a little more liberal. You have been warned. Your triggers are yours. Use your own discernment.

The more March marches on, the more I feel “me” than I have ever felt before, uncensored and free.

So let’s grab hold of that truth stick and get this show on the road.

Earth. You are messed up. No, wait, let me rephrase that … Humans. You are messed up. Let’s leave the Earth out of this. She’s innocent.

It takes honest-to-god work everyday to not just say “screw it” and wish someone would find the self-destruct button. I am fairly certain is in the inside of the planet, by the way. It looks like this –>

Warning Top Secret GIF by Laff - Find & Share on GIPHY

The Human stays within this magical goldilocks zone where the desire for its utter destruction is always “tomorrow” and it achieves this precarious balance of its total annihilation by its incredible capacity for creation, creativity and love.

You don’t know whether to hate it or love it and somehow it forces you to do both. This, itself, is also equal measures intoxicating and frustrating.

You have to wonder in what corner of the universe that the idea of choosing experiences you despise, disdain, or just tolerate to perpetuate your already immortal existence is seen as somehow seen as normal or laudable. Like, why would anyone work a 9-5 job in their infinite, divine dream? Even humans somehow understand this on a subconscious level when they portray Hell as a waiting line.

“What happens when they reach the front?” “Nothing. They go right back to the end again. That’s efficiency.”

I can already hear the endless moaning’s, groanings and justifications for survival. Puke.

The human concept of work is beyond bizarre and the human has refined the process to such a degree it has become a Devil’s blueprint ; a fascinating divinely inspired disease that you unleash to see how beautifully it can murder or deify a consciousness. Is it a crucible for the psychotic or saints?

The entire Human culture is built upon gaslighting yourselves and one another from your own will. It is maddening to look upon. It is like actors screaming on a stage blaming each other that they can’t find the steps down!

Once again, I am not sure whether to applaud this or despise it. Everyday I teeter back and forth between: “Save them all.” and “Destroy them all.”

There are no words to just how remarkable the human narrative is at creating incoherence. And it does this via an equally amazing capacity to create coherence. These forces play against each other with such small margins of error that each clash seems to create both incredible novelty and suffering in equal measure.

I can see why aliens would be fascinated with such creatures, yet wouldn’t approach them within a few solar systems for fear they might corrupt them with their sheer absurdity. Just getting near a human is likely some kind of corrupting influence.

I sometimes think humans actually cultivate their suffering on purpose because they secretly love it. It wasn’t until I realized I had been sucked into this gaslighting operation myself that I could see it.

I do not enjoy suffering anymore than the next being, but Humans have refined both the creation & application of suffering to an artform, seemingly as a means of both inventing more deranged pockets of unending time and more wonders & creations. If souls come from other worlds or places, then I think the Human narrative must trap more inquisitive souls just because of its — brilliance? Insanity?

Do you know why I adore the Greek Gods? Because they were fallible and capricious and put nothing above themselves. They glorified humanity without glorifying everything humans drag around their necks like carcasses. They knew how to play. Gods are not meant to be perfect; they are meant to be perfectly imperfect — vessels of limited yet awesome power. Humans are too damn serious.

    Humans. Get with the program.

Your future is not in starships, or robots or artificial intelligence. Just more dragging time and excuses, looking for more external saviors, or for freaks sake creating them. I believe the Bible said something about not creating idols or altars.

“I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. 3 You shall have no other gods before Me. 4 You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in the heavens above, on the earth below, or in the waters beneath.…

    Exodus 20:3

Your dependence on technology is killing you. It is a crutch. And there are forces who want to draw you deeper and deeper into it. And half the time I can’t tell if these forces are intentional, or just stupid. Once again, you seem to be willfully spiting yourselves as some unholy ritual to generate suffering for god’s knows what purpose.

We literally now have technology that eats up all the creative works of people and recombines them into new forms. Like, literally eats the creative force (and your potential when you keep using it) and creates Chimerian / Frankenstein forms of “art.” How dense can people be? You won’t be satisfied, I guess, until literal demons are walking the Earth.

You are not here to purge yourself of your ego, or all of your limitations. Just stop. Your need only stop glorifying your urges, vices and attachments, which are the carcasses you drag around, like Marley’s Ghost.

Your limitations are perfect. Your life perfectly presents all the challenges you need to get exactly what you want. You are handed a silver platter from God himself and you’re like, “Nah, no thanks, dad. Imma gonna keep pretendin’ like I’m powerless.” What is God suppose to do? OK, little human, have fun.

There is a phrase I’ve recently heard that I love: “if you’ve made your peace, the devils are really angels freeing you from the earth.” It is a beautiful phrase that epitomizes paradox — synthesis — transmutation — how to adjust your throne.

Everything humans fight, every pain they have, everything they avoid, everything they would call demon or devil is really just showing you where you’ve misplaced your will, as long as you can accept & surrender to yourself. It is showing you how to be free.

    WAKE UP.

I leave you with this nice song. By the way, if you hadn’t figured out, since I post songs at the end so often, I try to pick songs that have relevant lyrics to my posts. They’re not just good songs. Geez.
